Synopsis

In the first volume of the series, the human children, Tjalfe and Røskva, travel to the Land of the Gods, Asgard, where the dreaded Fenris Wolf has been released. And when Thor's hammer goes missing, they must travel to the Realm of the Giants to steal it back. All it takes is for Thor to dress up as the giant king's bride. But things get even worse when Loki returns home with the giant cub, Quark...

The first volume is based on the following albums from the comic book series:

  • Gry Wolf (1)
  • Thor's Wedding (2)
  • The Story of Quark (4)
  • The Journey to Utgard-Loki (5)

The book is divided into three parts, separated by three beautiful illustrations by Valhalla illustrator, Peter Madsen.

The trilogy is based on the classic comics, but Kenneth Bøgh Andersen has of course added his own fun and action-packed touch to the stories from the Nordic mythology. He is currently at work on the sequel.
