Synopsis

Ringo is not allowed to cycle without holding the steering wheel. He is also not allowed to go near the water without swim wings. Just to be on the safe side...

For the same reason, Ringo believes his dad's bicycle helmet should be repaired, so he can wear it when he cycles. Just to be on the safe side. But it of course has comical consequences.

Once again, Martin Sommer pierces the dear parents' sometimes slightly hypocritical approach to parenting - of course with a great portion of humour and warmth.
