With The Book that wanted to be a Bathroom Scale, Martin Sommer and author, Thomas Skov, wanted to create a book targeting children who are finding it challenging to sit still in a traditional read-aloud situation:
“We are trying to put the reader at the centre instead of the book itself. This is the book for you who rather want to run around, jump and find things. You just have to open the book a random page, then you are at it. When you have had it read aloud once, you can use it yourself again and again”, Martin Sommer says.
