Synopsis

The new supervillain, Brain Guy, has arrived in town and he's ready to take on the loud-mouthed superheroes! Well... at least he wants to try, because the loud-mouthed superheroes are his own brothers and, in his opinion, they deserve a lesson.

Unfortunately, the new supervillain - Noah - is not the most competent of the bunch. But fortunately, he gets help… no wait … UNFORTUNATELY, he gets help from his crazy cousin, Amina, and together they cause enough trouble for the brothers, but suddenly also for themselves ... and their family ... and the whole city.

A strong debut by 21-year-old Christine Brandt Christensen.

Personal note from the author

‘I liked Rick Riordan's books about Percy Jackson when I was younger because, as well as being exciting, his books were also humorous. And then with When I Was a Supervillain, I wanted to write something other than the typical hero book, where the hero is always so damn smart.’
