Mette Dahm and Mette Wismann are professional pre-school teachers and family counselors. They are two brave Danish women who found themselves frustrated and struggling in their efforts to create the dream-life for their families. They lost and found the connection to their cultural heritage of the strong Viking moms and Danish parenting and decided to share it with the world. Mette and Mette have spent years studying what it takes to create a happy family in general and many more years studying what exactly it is that Danish and Scandinavian parents do that has resulted in a whole nation with a profound level of happiness. Since then, their 5-step system has been used by thousands of moms and dads, all of whom have experienced the same incredible results. They remove pain and make raising children a pleasure and privilege instead of a struggle to survive.
