Kirsten Hansen (b. 1969) is a writer, ghostwriter and freelance journalist. She loves writing stories for children and young people and has written both fiction and non-fiction for these target groups. She has previously worked in the fashion industry as a purchaser. She has a soft spot for the ocean and people with a cause. As a child, she was always hanging out at the library, dreaming about one day having her own name on the spine of a book.
